FREELANCER LLC®

WEBSITE AND DIGITAL PLATFORM ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Effective Date: July 21, 2026
Last Updated: July 21, 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

At FREELANCER LLC®, accessibility is an essential part of dignity, independence, personal comfort, and equal access to the FREELANCER Executive Mobility Experience.

Every passenger should have a fair and meaningful opportunity to learn about our services, communicate with our company, request transportation, manage a reservation, and receive professional assistance.

Every Partner-Chauffeur, applicant, business partner, corporate representative, and website visitor should be able to access FREELANCER’s digital information and services without being unnecessarily excluded because of a disability.

FREELANCER LLC, referred to throughout this Accessibility Statement as “FREELANCER,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” is committed to providing reasonable access to:

  • www.freelancedrivers.com;
  • FREELANCER passenger mobile applications;
  • FREELANCER Partner-Chauffeur mobile applications;
  • Passenger and Partner-Chauffeur registration systems;
  • Reservation and account-management features;
  • Corporate and Enterprise Concierge Service platforms;
  • Digital forms and communications;
  • Customer-support resources; and
  • Other digital services operated by or on behalf of FREELANCER.

Accessibility is not viewed as a single technical adjustment. It is an ongoing responsibility to improve the manner in which people of different abilities perceive, understand, navigate, communicate with, and use the FREELANCER digital platform.

2. OUR ACCESSIBILITY PHILOSOPHY

Executive Mobility should provide more than transportation. It should provide confidence.

Confidence that assistance may be requested. Confidence that individual needs will be heard. Confidence that disability will not be treated as an inconvenience. Confidence that every passenger will be approached with dignity, patience, professionalism, and respect.

FREELANCER recognizes that individuals may experience visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, neurological, developmental, or other disabilities that affect how they interact with websites, mobile applications, transportation services, and digital communications.

We also recognize that accessibility needs may be permanent, temporary, situational, visible, or non-visible. Our objective is to reduce unnecessary barriers and provide reasonable methods of access whenever technically and operationally possible.

3. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

FREELANCER is working toward maintaining its website and digital services in substantial alignment with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Version 2.1, Level AA, commonly referred to as WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

These guidelines are intended to help make digital content:

  • Perceivable, so that information may be presented in ways users can recognize;
  • Operable, so that website and application functions may be navigated and used;
  • Understandable, so that information and instructions are reasonably clear; and
  • Robust, so that content is compatible with a reasonable range of browsers, devices, and assistive technologies.

WCAG provides an important technical framework. However, technology, devices, browsers, assistive tools, third-party systems, and digital content continue to change. For that reason, accessibility is treated as a continuing process of development, testing, review, correction, and improvement rather than a one-time declaration.

4. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES AND DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES

Depending upon the page, application, device, browser, and stage of platform development, FREELANCER’s accessibility efforts may include:

  • Clear page titles and headings;
  • Logical content organization;
  • Descriptive links and buttons;
  • Alternative text for meaningful images;
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation;
  • Visible keyboard-focus indicators;
  • Sufficient text and background contrast;
  • Text-resizing compatibility;
  • Labels and instructions for digital forms;
  • Error-identification and correction assistance;
  • Captions or transcripts for recorded media, where appropriate;
  • Compatibility with commonly used screen readers;
  • Reduced dependence upon color alone to communicate information;
  • Consistent navigation and page structure;
  • Descriptive form-field labels;
  • Accessible reservation and registration instructions;
  • Sufficient time to review and complete certain digital tasks, where operationally possible;
  • Avoidance of content that is likely to cause seizures or physical reactions;
  • Mobile-responsive presentation;
  • Plain and understandable language where reasonably practicable; and
  • Alternative methods of communication when a digital feature cannot be accessed effectively.

Not every accessibility feature will be available on every page or within every third-party service. FREELANCER will continue evaluating accessibility as the website, mobile applications, reservation platform, payment systems, and administrative technology are developed and updated.

5. ACCESSIBILITY OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

FREELANCER is committed to providing transportation services without unlawful discrimination based upon disability. Passengers may request reasonable assistance or accommodations connected with:

  • Reservation communications;
  • Pickup instructions;
  • Boarding and exiting the vehicle;
  • Mobility devices;
  • Service animals;
  • Hearing or visual communication needs;
  • Language-assistance needs;
  • Additional time reasonably required for boarding;
  • Assistance locating the assigned vehicle;
  • Transportation instructions;
  • Passenger safety;
  • Accessible communication methods; and
  • Other disability-related service needs.

Accommodation requests will be reviewed individually.

FREELANCER will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate accommodation when the request is connected with access to the service and does not:

  • Create a direct threat to health or safety;
  • Require unlawful conduct;
  • Fundamentally alter the nature of the transportation service;
  • Require the use of a vehicle or equipment that is unavailable or legally unauthorized;
  • Prevent the Partner-Chauffeur from safely operating the vehicle;
  • Conflict with applicable transportation, insurance, airport, or public-safety requirements; or
  • Impose an undue operational, administrative, or financial burden under applicable law.

A disability-related request will not be denied merely because it requires patience, communication, or reasonable additional assistance.

6. MOBILITY DEVICES

Passengers may notify FREELANCER when they will be traveling with a wheelchair, walker, cane, crutches, oxygen equipment, or another mobility or medical-support device. Advance notice is encouraged whenever a passenger requires:

  • A particular vehicle size;
  • Additional cargo space;
  • Assistance securing a mobility device;
  • Additional boarding time;
  • Specialized vehicle equipment; or
  • Another transportation-related accommodation.

Advance notice assists FREELANCER in evaluating vehicle availability and selecting an appropriate Partner-Chauffeur and vehicle.

Failure to provide advance notice will not automatically prevent service. However, an assigned vehicle may be unable to safely accommodate a mobility device because of its size, weight, securement requirements, vehicle capacity, or equipment configuration.

Where reasonably possible, FREELANCER will attempt to identify an alternative transportation arrangement within the services and vehicles available through the platform. Partner-Chauffeurs should not handle, lift, disassemble, or secure a mobility device in a manner that creates an unreasonable risk of personal injury, passenger injury, vehicle damage, or equipment damage.

7. SERVICE ANIMALS

FREELANCER welcomes passengers traveling with service animals as recognized under applicable law. A service animal is not treated as a pet. Passengers accompanied by a service animal will not be charged an additional fee merely because of the animal’s presence.

Partner-Chauffeurs may not refuse transportation solely because of:

  • Fear of animals;
  • Personal discomfort;
  • Religious objection;
  • Vehicle-cleanliness concerns; or
  • A general preference against transporting animals.

When permitted by law, limited questions may be asked when it is not apparent that an animal is trained to perform work or tasks for a person with a disability.

FREELANCER and its Partner-Chauffeurs will not require disclosure of a passenger’s diagnosis or demand unnecessary proof of disability as a condition of transporting a lawful service animal. A service animal must remain under the control of its handler. Appropriate action may be taken when an animal is not under control, is not housebroken, presents a direct threat, or prevents safe operation of the vehicle. Whenever reasonably possible, the passenger should remain eligible to receive transportation without the animal if the animal must be removed for a legally permitted reason.

8. COMMUNICATION ASSISTANCE

FREELANCER recognizes that not every individual communicates in the same manner. Reasonable communication assistance may include:

  • Written communication;
  • Text messaging;
  • Email;
  • Telephone assistance;
  • Relay-service communication;
  • Simplified or repeated instructions;
  • Additional time to review information;
  • Reading information aloud when appropriate;
  • Providing information in an alternative digital format;
  • Communicating with an authorized representative; or
  • Using another effective method appropriate to the circumstances.

FREELANCER may request sufficient information to understand the communication need. However, individuals will not be required to disclose unnecessary medical details merely to request an accessible communication method. Where a specific requested method is unavailable, FREELANCER may offer another effective method of communication.

9. RESERVATION ASSISTANCE

A person who experiences difficulty using the FREELANCER website, mobile application, or digital reservation system may request assistance through an available customer-support channel.

FREELANCER may assist with:

  • Understanding service information;
  • Creating or updating an account;
  • Completing a reservation request;
  • Reviewing vehicle categories;
  • Providing pickup and destination information;
  • Communicating an accommodation request;
  • Understanding reservation requirements;
  • Reviewing payment or cancellation information; and
  • Identifying another available method of completing the requested transaction.

Assistance will be provided subject to identity verification, account security, payment authorization, service availability, and operational requirements. A customer-support representative may not bypass legally required identification, payment, safety, reservation, or security procedures. Instead, FREELANCER will attempt to provide an accessible method of completing those procedures.

10. PARTNER-CHAUFFEUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner-Chauffeurs participating on the FREELANCER platform are expected to provide service consistent with FREELANCER’s accessibility, professionalism, and nondiscrimination standards.

Partner-Chauffeurs are expected to:

  • Treat passengers with disabilities respectfully;
  • Avoid assumptions concerning a passenger’s abilities;
  • Communicate patiently and professionally;
  • Transport lawful service animals;
  • Allow reasonable boarding time;
  • Provide reasonable assistance when safe and appropriate;
  • Protect mobility devices and passenger property;
  • Avoid unnecessary questioning about a disability;
  • Follow documented accommodation instructions;
  • Report accessibility concerns to FREELANCER;
  • Avoid retaliatory or discriminatory conduct; and
  • Comply with applicable transportation and disability-access laws.

A Partner-Chauffeur is not expected to perform medical services, provide personal-care assistance, lift a passenger, operate unfamiliar medical equipment, or take an action that cannot be performed safely.

When a requested action is beyond the Partner-Chauffeur’s ability or creates a safety concern, the Partner-Chauffeur should contact FREELANCER for assistance rather than responding with disrespect, impatience, or unnecessary refusal.

11. ACCESSIBILITY OF APPLICATION AND ONBOARDING PROCEDURES

FREELANCER seeks to provide reasonable access to Partner-Chauffeur applications, passenger registrations, corporate-account forms, and other digital onboarding procedures.

An applicant or user who experiences difficulty completing a digital form because of a disability may request reasonable assistance or an alternative method of submission.

Assistance does not eliminate legitimate requirements concerning:

  • Identity verification;
  • Driver licensing;
  • Professional qualifications;
  • Background screening;
  • Driving-record review;
  • Vehicle documentation;
  • Commercial insurance;
  • Regulatory authority;
  • Payment verification;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Account security; or
  • Other lawful eligibility requirements.

FREELANCER may provide assistance with the method of completing a requirement without changing the lawful substance of that requirement.

12. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND TECHNOLOGY

The FREELANCER website and digital platform may use or connect with third-party services, including:

  • Payment-processing systems;
  • Mapping and navigation services;
  • Flight-information services;
  • Identity-verification systems;
  • Background-screening providers;
  • Cloud-hosting services;
  • Communication platforms;
  • Video or multimedia content;
  • Social-media platforms;
  • Document-viewing tools; and
  • Other external applications or technologies.

FREELANCER does not control every aspect of an independently operated third-party service. Although we encourage technology providers to support accessibility, some third-party content or functions may not fully conform to FREELANCER’s accessibility objectives.

A user who encounters an accessibility barrier within a third-party feature connected to the FREELANCER platform should report the difficulty to FREELANCER.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Identify the source of the problem;
  • Communicate the concern to the provider;
  • Offer an alternative method of access when reasonably available; or
  • Assist the user in completing the affected service.

13. COMPATIBILITY WITH ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

The accessibility of a website or application may be affected by the combination of:

  • Device type;
  • Operating system;
  • Browser;
  • Browser version;
  • Screen reader;
  • Magnification software;
  • Voice-control technology;
  • Keyboard configuration;
  • Mobile accessibility settings; and
  • Other assistive technology.

FREELANCER seeks to support commonly used and reasonably current technologies. Older, unsupported, customized, or uncommon technologies may not interact with every digital feature in the same manner.

Users are encouraged to maintain reasonably current browser, operating-system, application, and assistive-technology versions whenever possible.

A compatibility problem should be reported so that FREELANCER may evaluate the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide an alternative means of access.

14. ACCESSIBILITY TESTING AND IMPROVEMENT

FREELANCER’s accessibility process may include:

  • Automated accessibility testing;
  • Manual keyboard testing;
  • Screen-reader testing;
  • Color-contrast review;
  • Form and navigation review;
  • Mobile-device testing;
  • Review of new website content;
  • Review of application updates;
  • Evaluation of reported barriers;
  • Developer correction requests;
  • Third-party technology review; and
  • Periodic reassessment of accessibility practices.

Automated testing alone cannot identify every accessibility concern. For that reason, feedback from individuals who use assistive technology or experience accessibility barriers is important to FREELANCER’s continuing improvement process.

15. REPORTING AN ACCESSIBILITY BARRIER

A person who experiences difficulty accessing the FREELANCER website, mobile application, reservation system, digital form, document, or transportation service is encouraged to contact FREELANCER.

When reporting a barrier, please provide the following information when reasonably available:

  • Your name;
  • The website page, application screen, form, or service involved;
  • A description of the accessibility difficulty;
  • The date the difficulty occurred;
  • The device and browser used;
  • The assistive technology used, if applicable;
  • The information or service you were attempting to access;
  • Your preferred method of communication; and
  • Any accommodation or alternative method that may help.

Providing this information is voluntary, but sufficient details may help FREELANCER identify and address the concern more effectively.

Please do not include unnecessary medical records, complete payment-card information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other unrelated sensitive information.

16. ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT INFORMATION

FREELANCER will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and review accessibility concerns promptly. The time needed to resolve a concern may depend upon:

  • The nature of the barrier;
  • The technology involved;
  • The availability of a temporary alternative;
  • The involvement of a third-party provider;
  • The complexity of the correction;
  • Safety considerations; and
  • The availability of development resources.

When immediate technical correction is not possible, FREELANCER will attempt to provide a reasonable alternative method of accessing the requested information or service.

17. NONDISCRIMINATION AND NON-RETALIATION

FREELANCER prohibits unlawful discrimination against an individual because of disability. A person will not be denied service, treated disrespectfully, subjected to unnecessary delay, or retaliated against merely because the person:

  • Has a disability;
  • Uses assistive technology;
  • Travels with a service animal;
  • Uses a mobility device;
  • Requests a reasonable accommodation;
  • Reports an accessibility barrier;
  • Files an accessibility complaint; or
  • Assists another person with an accessibility concern.

This policy does not prevent FREELANCER from applying legitimate safety, identity, payment, vehicle-capacity, reservation, legal, regulatory, or operational requirements equally and lawfully.

18. NO GUARANTEE OF UNINTERRUPTED ACCESSIBILITY

FREELANCER is committed to accessibility and continuing improvement. However, FREELANCER does not represent that every page, document, application feature, third-party service, browser combination, device configuration, or assistive technology will operate without interruption or difficulty at all times.

Temporary accessibility barriers may arise because of:

  • Website maintenance;
  • Software updates;
  • Application development;
  • Third-party platform changes;
  • Cybersecurity measures;
  • Technical failures;
  • Incompatible devices;
  • Unsupported software;
  • Newly published content; or
  • Unanticipated programming errors.

This provision does not limit FREELANCER’s commitment to investigate reported barriers and provide reasonable alternative access where appropriate.

19. CHANGES TO THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

FREELANCER may revise this Accessibility Statement as:

  • The website develops;
  • Mobile applications are introduced or updated;
  • Accessibility technology changes;
  • Transportation services expand;
  • New digital features are implemented;
  • Laws and regulations change;
  • Accessibility testing identifies improvements; or
  • Additional accommodations become reasonably available.

The revised statement will display an updated effective date. Material accessibility changes may also be communicated through the website, mobile applications, account notices, email, or other appropriate methods.

20. FINAL ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT

The FREELANCER Executive Mobility Experience is intended to create comfort, confidence, dignity, and personal space.

Accessibility is not simply a technical requirement. It is a commitment to dignity, independence, comfort, and equal opportunity. At FREELANCER, every person should have a meaningful opportunity to learn about our services, communicate their needs, request transportation, and experience Executive Mobility with confidence.

We understand that accessibility begins before the vehicle arrives. It begins with the website.

It continues through registration, reservation, communication, boarding, transportation, and arrival. Every stage of the experience should reflect patience, professionalism, respect, and thoughtful assistance. FREELANCER will continue working to identify barriers, improve digital access, respond to accessibility concerns, and provide reasonable alternative methods of service whenever necessary and appropriate.

Because no passenger should feel overlooked. No individual should feel that a disability makes their transportation needs less important. And no barrier should prevent a person from being treated with dignity and respect.

At FREELANCER, accessibility is part of the experience. Accessibility is part of that promise.

It begins before the vehicle arrives. It begins when a person visits the website, reads about the service, completes a registration, requests assistance, or makes a reservation. It continues when the passenger communicates an individual need, enters the vehicle, travels to a destination, and receives the same professional respect provided to every person we serve.

Disability does not diminish the value of the passenger. It does not reduce the importance of the reservation. It does not excuse impatience, indifference, or disrespect.

At FREELANCER, accessibility means making a sincere and continuing effort to remove unnecessary barriers, provide reasonable assistance, and ensure that Executive Mobility remains within reach of the people who place their confidence in us.

Because transportation should not merely be available. It should be approachable, respectful, and accessible.
